Instead of making 2 threads, thought I'd share both of these. The one I like the best is from the Armed Citizen (clicky), where the victim killed one of his attackers, and the co-attacker is now being charged for the murder instead! LOVE IT!!
The other is on un-restricting gun laws in DC (clicky). This was posted, where I found it, in Neal Boortz's (radio talk show) daily "Reading Assignments" post via the Washington Times.

Yep, I love the Felony Murder Rule.
As far as the other, it was poison pill legislation (now on its own) which stands less of a chance making it out of committee than the atrocity it was originally attached to did. After that, it would never withstand Obama's veto pen.
