The other night I was watching the local Phila. news and they had a quick story on how a man approached an individual on the street and attempted to rob him. Said something about the guy having his hand in his pocket (i'm guessing the gun bluff). The reporter than matter of factly stated that the would be robbed actually had a gun and fired at the man wounding him in the lower back. The would be robber was in the hospital and be charged with attempted robbery and some other stuff.
It was refreshing to see a solid report done with no BS, just the known facts, about someone defending themselves with a gun.

Sounds on face of it well cut'n'dried.
A hold up with bluff gun or real - not a good idea against someone genuinely armed. About time the budding BG's realized this.

Good report. One of these days it would be nice if they would do a segment focused on people having protected themselves by CC, rather than the helpless having been victimized. Of course, I would also wish they would find intelligent people to represent our side, rather than the goofballs they probably would come up with...
The only thing that stops bad guys with guns is good guys with guns. SgtD
