OMG... He moved after he was shot, and that disturbed someone.

What the hell do they expect? Some people are just nut cases. There's no other word for it.

Me thinks it kind of unethical that the newsies only interviewed the relatives of the later murderer. Wonder what the relatives of the two victims that the scumbag killed thought of his execution?

The victims families should have received time to state their views as well. I'm sure his victims moved as they were being killed also.

Good...let's move on. I agree w/ the families still suffering...there is no end to their desire to have their loved one back.

I'd be interested to know how much taxes were paid over the decades to keep him going. Giving him lobster as his last meal...not cool. I don't get to eat stuff like that, and I'm a good guy. We treat inmates too well IMO, but I better not get started.

We need more of this except right after trial instead of keeping scum alive for years on our tax dollars and there wouldn't be no lobster dinner you would get bread and water and thats it and no hood. Die like a man, did the guys you killed get a hood? I don't think so. Our forefathers would be turning in their graves if they saw what our country is becoming or has become and its only getting worse.

It just makes my --- want a chew of tobacco to hear the candlelight vigil crowd.

The idiot brother said he made amends - what the hell did he do resurrect the two people he killed?

I think we need public hangings brought back - the sentence needs to be quick also, not 20 years down the road.

I kinda like the way the Chinese do it. They bill the executed person's family for the bullet(s).

What kind of rifle did they use? I saw .30 caliber, but nothing else.

If they used the same ones they used with Gary Gilmore in 1977, it would be a Marlin lever in 30-30.

Just read the statute, apparently it is 30-30 and one is loaded with a blank.

If I was one of the victims family I would like the option of being on the squad.

I SOOOOO DISAGREE WITH THIS EXECUTION!!!!

A firing squad is a SOLDIERS death.

Was this guy a servant to his country even before his crimes? I don't know but I highly doubt it.

I wish congress would outlaw firing squad except for military members only.

I mean death is bad enough but I did live by the gun, I still live by the gun, and I would rather die by the gun. I did serve my country and I believe that it is atrocious they would let such an un honorable man die in such a honorable way.

It steams me. Period. Animals get euthanasia. He should have been injected or electrocuted. Not honorably executed.

    My 2 cents. Flame me.

I thought the same thing, both now and when they did Gary Gilmore back in the '70s. Should have just put him on a stool, rope around a beam, and kick the stool. Bury him in an unmarked grave.

The firing squad is just too honorable. That's why the nutcase requested it over lethal injection.

Yup, he moved... so what? I wonder if his two victims moved after he shot them?

    Another piece of trash gone.
