Chinese Cop Shoots BG...Then shoots again, and again, and again
A BG with a pair of scissors had taken a woman hostage on the street...
An plainclothes policewoman shoots the BG...pauses and shoots him three more times...on camera...
And the discussion on the Chinese web sites is pretty interesting...

With all the spectators jumping in front of the camera, there is no way to tell if the additional shots were justified.

Saw that, man she was definitely making sure the guy was clocked out.....that's how I read it.....no doubt she knew he only had a pair of scissors.

After reading the story and watching the vids....she takes him down with the first shot, kicks the scissors away and steps inside the building and puts more shots in the guy. She definitely decided after the first shot to continue and finish the guy off....interesting...

She was looking at a young girl who was already bleeding badly, a disturbing sight for sure. Im sure she wanted to stop the bad guy from killing her. I dont see the issue. Made his intentions clear by stabbing the young woman already, if he was bluffing, she wouldnt be covered in her own blood!

CNN had a better camera angle on it yesterday. They had a clear view of her standing over him and firing.

That much better view video can be found at the following site as via YouTube.

Scroll down the page to the video, FFWD to the 5:00m mark and observe the real time play as well as multiple repeats in slow motion.
First shot is good.
Second and third shot is justifiable.
Fourth shot was she riding the trigger reset or stress fire.
As a judge or jury member I'd give her a green light/pass considering the totality of the situation and her positioning in relation to the BG, that door that was in the way, the hostage and being swarmed by media as she is in the process of setting up her second through third to fourth shots.
I am impressed by her being so smooth in her concealed draw and making the right move at just the right time, as well as getting that first shot off at arm extension while ON THE MOVE as to not hit the hostage who at that moment is also moving and being pulled rearward & down by the BG.
Leave her alone, get her a medal and put the BG in the ground.
