That's what happens when you short change someone and then think you are going to sit around and brag about it and ride your bike up and down the street acting a fool.

It seems like this situation is happening more and more nationwide, no way to prepare except to carry 24/7, take cover as soon as the threat is recognized and return fire until the threat is stopped.

Yup, once or twice per year someone gets shot on S Haywood. Not too bad considering that this area, just outside the core of downtown, has some moderate gang and drug activity going on and a lot of run down homes.
