I know I want to be calling the cops on my cell phone while some guy is in the process of bashing my face in....or MAYBE...just MAYBE...pretending not to understand English...~~~~> "I no understand English...why you breaking my face and trying to kill me?"
I would have nerver thought of that possible option in a million years.

Grabbing a knife? What about these alternatives?
Calling the cops from your cellular phone
Leaning on your car horn
Rolling up the windows
Backing up to get away
Pretending to not understand English
Yelling for help
Let's hope both men leave the state.
