    http://www.ajc.com/news/forsyth/fina...in-607684.html

They have caught all the perps, including the animal that executed the security guard.

My heart goes out to the families involved. So sad, so pointless.

I can't say what I want about these thugs.

I hope they all get the maximum and no parole.

I'm glad they caught all of them. The one bad deal is that in many states killing a Police Officer is the death penalty but killing a Security Officer is not. Having been an armed Security Officer I believe that their killers should also get the death penalty. You have a person who hires on to protect and defend against BGs and they are murdered for their efforts. I'm not saying the killing of non police or security people deserves less justice, all I'm trying to say is if the system is going to say cop killers deserve the death penalty then the killers of Security Officers deserve the same.

    I'm with you Duk.

IMHO a clear cut murder conviction should gain ones self the death penalty.
Murder being specifically willful murder by intent, first or second degree.
I am though okay with negligent homicide and manslaughter being reserved toward imprisonment.

I'd pass on the hanging and shooting though, rather I would just go gas chamber for everyone and call it a day.
No oh the straps & electodes aren't tight enough, the needle didn't hit a vein and the cocktail was too weak BSery.

I thought if 3 people see you commit a murder you were taken ahead of the line to be put down?
or is this only in Texas?

No, that's the middle east you're thinking about. It takes 9 witnesses if they're women, though.
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

If you're gonna go down, go down shootin'.
A CCW is like a parachute; if you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.
