Good show by the pizza guy! This article should be circulated on national TV; maybe then people would think twice about attacking what might turn out to be an armed delivery guy.

Good for him! One shot and a face shot to boot? Nice.
The sad thing is, the driver will probably be fired and also denied unemployment benefits. The Pig3's would rather have the driver killed than allow them to defend themselves.

The driver told investigators that the man had a rifle that he pointed at the driver and opened the car door.
The driver said he repeatedly told the man to drop his rifle, to no avail.
Yep that would be a very good indication he was planning to rob the driver. Great outcome one shot, threat stopped.

They don't pay pizza guys enough to put up with that crap. Good for him! Sounds like he kept himself out of an episode of "The First 48."

You are right, but the way it works is the Pizza place's insurance rates will go way up unless they come down hard on the shooter.
That's the downside of having tons of lawyers and insurance agents. Indeed, I think our society cared a lot more for each other when there WAS NO insurance.
Anti-gunners seem to believe that if we just pass enough laws, we can have utopia. Unfortunately, utopia is NOT one of our choices.

Lets see, insurance rates on a million dollar store vs. the price of a driver's life.......still comes out as bull crap. Call a spade a spade

and carry your own insurance ;)

I have to agree that the driver will more than likely be fired. Its unfortunate that he loses his job, but the good is he didn't lose his life. Another job will come.

Like several others the driver will probably be on the unemployment line by the end of the week. At least he is alive to tell his side of the story. Hope he is able to find another job fairly soon.
