Robbers. They're every bit the robbers if wearing hoods, bringing firearms and having every intention of threatening the lives of the people inside the store. Glad to see that they were ejected appropriately. Too bad that they'll be in someone else's face sometime soon, like as not.

Can't imagine what the justification for any such charge could be. Of course, the DA is going to have to justify it in court, if pressed, but it seems ludicrous that any charges should be brought against someone drawing and firing against multiple robbers who don masks and guns to take down a shop. IMO, such robbers earn whatever response they get from people to repel them, up to and including their violent deaths for daring to threaten to take everything the people in the store have to give.

Too bad the owner wasn't a better shot, but then again I actually believe in some cases people just fire a gun to scare them off without hurting them

The owner should be charged...with failure to maintain proper training techniques, and sentenced to more time at the range.(ammo provided by the state)
