    The mother called police and said she was in fear of her life from the perp. Virgillo "claims" Chrisman shot the perp when he was not a threat yet Virgillo himself thought of him as threat enough to taser him ( which wasn't effective) right before the shooting.

    Something really stinks here.

    Agreed, there are so few details and the details we have are extremely sketchy it will be an interesting trial.

    He said he "did it as a practical joke". Except there's nothing practical nor funny about planting evidence on someone you're arresting.

    He should've lost his job after that incident.
