Oakland, California. Typical, smaller "strip mall" arrangement. Relatively busy "six lane" street during the weekday, but likely fairly quiet at 9am on a Sunday morning. Extremely good visibility for a criminal who might be monitoring who's coming and going, from that "mall." Tucked inside the strip mall the way it is, that ATM could be easy pickin's for a motivated robber. Lesson: if awake, use your head.
