What happened with Malcolm Hendricks, the guy that shot his cousin Cornell Small in the head? Was he sentenced? "Hendricks said he got out of the car and fired toward the crashed vehicle"; is that SD?

I'm wondering the same thing. They began a chase with his cousin after he was shot in the head and then fire into a crashed vehicle. Sounds like Hendricks was lucky in regards to not being charged and not so much at firing into his cousins head.Originally Posted by GM

Small, 19, was badly wounded in the back seat of Hendricks' vehicle. He died from the gunshot wound to his head and suffered injuries from shots fired from the other vehicle, according to testimony.
It was NOT this guy's lucky day... he got hit multiple times though the head shot was, not surprisingly, the one that did him in.

In the chaos of the gun battle, you can see how the victim might have been trying to duck or 'bob'... just as his cousin was lighting one up.
IMO, the CCWing cousin should have had his arm extended past his 'cover' instead of trying to shoot from behind him.
And the whole affair was over a girl?
