Don't know what to make of this. I read into it however that perhaps the guy was shot because of loud music at 5 something in the afernoon. Other "occupant" of apartment arrested but on an "unrelated" charge? Sounds fishy to me.

HUNTINGTON — One man is expected to recover after being shot in the head Tuesday evening.
The Huntington Police Department is investigating the incident, which occurred at 5:52 p.m. in the 1000 block of 8th Street.
Officers responded to an apartment in the area after reports of loud music coming from the residence. The victim, Andrew Harrison, 25, of Charleston, was found in the apartment with a single gunshot wound to the head.
Harrison was listed in good condition Tuesday evening.

Report said 5 something in the afternoon, not morning. Did not say if it was a possible suicide. Maybe the guy turned the music up real loud so that no one would hear the shot, of course why would he care if someone heard the shot if he was committing suicide? Report didn't say any gun was found at the scene. Maybe this wasn't the case, just what came to mind. Sounds strange though.
