Cold weather is coming and you're going to see more stuff like this. Here in central Virginia it happens every year about this time. Town drunks will commit a crime with just enough jail time that they will get out sometime in the Spring. Sad to see but in some respects understandable.

dont forget about the stick show loophole. I've even heard that there are stacks of them down at home depo.
