The juvenile justice system in this state needs revamping so badly. Every one can see why in the details of this news story. Hopefully the counselors will see the light and charge the miscreant with murder as an adult so that he can be placed where be belongs: in the big house with the other murderers.

Wow... two different caliber shells found... victim was supposed to be under house arrest for weapons violations... this wasn't something you needed a fortune teller to predict.
tkruf... it was the victim not the perp that was under house arrest... which makes it even more one of those "things that make you go hmmmmm".

But.....but..... this can't be right! The accused couldn't have done it! He was under house arrest! There is no way he could have been at the scene of the crime!
