Thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Jenni Lyn Watson. Does PA have the death penalty ? lets hope so in this case.

Now, which states actually "perform the death penalty" . Kansas hasn't since 1967 although there are several folks sitting on death row. .
Arizona does - with 24 executed since the DP was resumed in 1976. Only 2 in the last 3 years, though, and over 100 crowding Death Row.
Who didn't see this one coming?
IMO, TX, VA, and CA need an express lane on Death Row.
Also, just because he is a PA resident doesn't mean he'll get the Death Penalty....dollars to donuts she was killed in NY (no Death Penalty) and that is where he will be tried and (hopefully) convicted. Now the people of the state of NY will be paying for his 3 hots and a cot and free health care.
