This could have been resolved with a simple one or two week suspension, now they have to get lawyers involved. Sad state.

Intentions have absolutely nothing at all to do with this case. She never intended to take the gun to school. It was a simple oversight that it got on the school parking lot.

People are getting carried away here in analysing this situation.

The school board is going to make a decision regarding her expulsion tomorrow ( this Monday ) night.

We will find out by Tuesday morning if they will follow the letter of the Federal law, or will try to buck it, and make an exception for her.
