So the bad guy identified was an Albanian? The Albanian I work with says it's really bad in that country. He is very lucky to have gotten out.

I'm familiar with that area. Back in the mid 80s I was stationed at Osterholz-Scharmbeck, not far away. Outside of Bremen, I never heard of much violence going on while I was there. Very peaceful place.
