Here is a link to a news story update on the Jewelry store robbery where Ramon Castillo killed two armed robbers.
Unfortunately, as of Monday, Castillo remains in critical condition. He has already had 3 surgeries done, and doctors say that he faces needing 4 more operations!!
I sure hope that the doctors can save this man.

From The Houston Chronicle "Ramon Castillo is being been heralded as a hero for fatally shooting three armed robbers who tied up his wife and forced her to the floor face-down a week ago at the family's east-side jewelry store.
But 52-year-old Castillo, a gentle-mannered man who remained in the hospital Wednesday coping with six bullet holes and an abundance of guilt, calls himself something else: a murderer."
