GOOD: BG Shot; GG Stunned but no Charges!

I've stopped at this station many times, and eat at a diner near-by...too close to home, but a great outcome...

The man had just locked up a service station and was in his vehicle when two strangers approached. One of the two opened the driver's side door, shocked the victim with a stun gun and demanded money, the Prince William County police said.

At that point, the service station employee later told police, he pulled out a handgun and fired. The assailants ran off into the night, police said.

The incident occurred about 10:15 p.m Dec. 11 at the Shell station in the 12500 block of Gordon Boulevard in Woodbridge, police said.

Police said that the service station employee required no medical attention and that nothing was reported missing. Police said the employee would not be charged because he had acted in self-defense. He was not named.

And apparently his shot hit one of the BGs, which helped police catch him...

You just never know when, but be prepared as this guy was...nice shooting, but his aim was off.

Odd! How does one sustain a gunshot to the leg that requires NO Medical attention?
But, on the positive side, it did identify the Perp to the Authorities and resulted in his arrest.
Imagine this, a convicted felon no less.
Shame the weapon of choice wasn't a Judge loaded with slugs!
Now the Taxpayers will have to feed and house this guy for a few years.
What have you done to prepare for the end of civilization as we know it?

If we are lucky and the scum bag doesn't get probation so he can turn his life around. Either way, hopefully his next victim will get a better shot giving the pos a one way ticket to the morgue.
