Good : WV Man Kills Intruder

This is short and to the point. Intruder happend to be the man's neighbor. Might have been some "bad blood" between the two, but at this point, no more information. Appears to be a self-defensive shoot.

The irony is the guy who got shot was named "Stephen King."

SCOTT DEPOT, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia State Police say a Putnam County homeowner shot and killed his neighbor after waking up to find the man in his home.



WSAZ-TV reports that Jeff Walker was sleeping on his couch in his Scott Depot home Tuesday when his dogs began barking. Walker told police he got up and found his neighbor Stephen King in his home.
Walker says King pointed a gun at him, so he shot King in the torso.
King was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
No charges have been filed in the shooting

I'd have shot too if Stephen King broke into my house, he's got a frightening mind! No telling what crazy things he might be capable of....
