Bad: Bank Robbers Take Hostages in Texas

PEARLAND, Texas - Pearland police are on the scene of an armed bank robbery in the 1900 block of North Main. The gunmen are still inside, and some reports indicate hostages have been taken. Last news report said the bank manager might have been shot , news still coming in?

    ......and so it begins.

Bad way to end the year. Hope all get out unharmed and justice is swift for the idiots who are doing this.

I wonder why banks do not place the employee's behind safety glass. Most drive ups appear to have it.

These carbon-copy events are soOoo predictable and yet the robbers will always demand a get-away vehicle or threaten to kill someone. They’re screwed but the drama plays out until the pizzas are finished.

I don't think the BG's are gonna win in Texas. I think Mace or Pepper Spray sprayers should be installed at each teller window along with a trained teller to take them out.
In West Virginia just go to BB&T Banks and they hand the BG's money in the drive thru.

Saw on the news tonight that the two suspects will probably be in the lock up until trial.
The judge set their bail at.......
    $1,000,000 for the robbery........ plus....
    $1,000,000 per hostage (twelve)
    for each of them.
