Governor of Pakistan's Punjab province assassinated

Astori said doctors accounted for 26 bullets in his body. Most of the fatal wounds were to his chest, face, neck and legs, he said. Some of the bullets passed completely through his body.
The guard must have stood there and shot everything he had into him.
We're all in favor of reducing violent crime. It's just that pro-gunners have a method that is proven effective. Anti-gunners don't.

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.

Yeah.. So I'm guessing Gandhi went out the same way? But unlike Brad426 I never saw 'Lord of the Rings.'

But it just goes to prove it don't matter how high up the food chain you think you are or where one lives in the world something like this can happen anytime anywhere. As Manal18 says this event occured in the capital city of Pakistan. I'm just curious why the shooter wasn't just engaged and put down after he wasted his boss? Sounds a bit hinky to me. Seems to me also someone higher up the food chain wanted someone else in the governors slot. Someone in someone else's pocket so to speak.

I just awoke like 20 minutes ago. I awoke with Joyce Meyer on the TV. Yozaaa....now that's elshockeroo for ya

I am feeling well rested. LITB starts in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Hope it's a good one.
I'm just a spoke in the wheel but not a big deal.
