    Well, probably due to his choice of weapon. If you figure people will see a gun and freak, a .22 will work. If the vic takes your gun away, your chances are better that you will live to serve time. He may reconsider his choice of weapons after he meets Bubba.

    Even a 22 is deadly with the proper shot placement.
    Homeowner needs some range time.
    He cost the Taxpayers a lot of money for not being a better shot.

    But, it's still a Happy Ending! Bad Guy get taught a hard lesson!
