    It looks like the BG kept his finger on the trigger, and a negligent discharge occured when he made a movement to pick up the dropped goods. Maybe we should advocate safe gun handling education in prisons so negligent discharges like this will not happen again.

    If I were the police, I'd be looking for Jamal Fife, who had to flee because he had only one round for his gun.
