    Angry Repeat Offenders.....

The extensive arrest records of these two cousins should have kept them incarcerated and not released to commit more crimes.

It is appalling how many convictions one can have on thier record adn still keep getting released. We need to institute harsher penalties.

This would sure cut down on crime! Commit murder and get convicted, die the same way your victim did!

It is downright outrageous isn't it??

Who is not blue-in-the face from screaming at the Penal / Judicial system about unleashing these proven violent criminals into society to "do it some more!!"??
Wanna bet these two will be out doin' it again soon? [what else can they do anyway??]

Wonder if many Law Enforcement Officers get tired of the revolving door . . and have to again face the same violent threat(s) they caught previously?

The only answer is SERIOUS CONSEQUENCE for their crime (e.g. losing both eyes would diminish their criminal behavior). . . .and we all really know that isn't going to happen. . . not the "eyes part" . . the SERIOUS CONSEQUENCE part.

IMO this isn't ever going to change in the U.S.A.
    It' hopeless.

The penalites are there but something else is wrong. There is a good chance the DA is not doing his job. Would like to the how the Palm Beach county DA disposed of the numerous felony counts against these perps.

Doesn't Florida have a three strike law?

Looking at the nature of the offenses, not to mention the volume, these mutts should never see the outside of a prison again.

My guess would be Plea Bargins due to heavy case loads and reduced sentencing due to overloaded state prison and county jail facilities. We need to build a tent city out in the middle of the everglades and go back to chain gangs working in the swamps.

There's plenty of room in the ground...

That has to be the most frustrating thing for the LEOs, keep arresting and dragging these dirtbags in only to see them back out on the street a short time later.

    Angry

All five of the LEO's killed in Florida in January and February were killed by repeat offenders including the last one killed by the 16 year old.

Yes, plea bargains are the problem. Every Thursday here I get to watch the incarcerated go to what is known as Pre Trial Conference. This should be renamed, "Lets Make A Deal". The prosecuter gets a chance to get a quick conviction on their record if the criminal accepts the plea of guilty for a reduced sentence.

The criminals know the system and how to manipulate it. It's all a game to them. Our prison systems have just become "Criminal Universitys" where they go and learn better ways to commit crime from other inmates.

Swift, unyeilding, and harsh justice is what we need. Anything else is unacceptable. Every courthouse should have a tall strong oak tree on the front lawn with rope burned limbs from liberal use of Kentucky Hemp rope.

I wish I could have one day of free rein, a list of wanted criminals labeled dead or alive. I know, I know, I'm living in the wrong times.

Glockman is right public hangings would deter alot of crime and a dead offender is not a repeat offender. I think some judges should be held accountable if an offender is released then rapes, kid naps, or kills someone.

I'll donate the rope I have lots of old ropes that would work well.
