"This is something the driver probably had in the back of his head when he got here on this scene," he said.
Seems the pizza/delivery guy did well in light of what happened, but I think he could have done better recognizing the situation before it happened.

Police later caught up with two of the robbers and arrested them. The delivery driver is not facing any charges. Investigators say there have been several pizza delivery robberies in that area in the last six months.

I live in Lexington. There has also been several Pizza delivery robberies in the same area. A guy I work with said, "No more wings for that neighborhood."

Let's hope so but on the other hand the lesson he learned may have been "to shoot first and then get the money". I would have shed no tear if the little robber had died of his wound.
