    Kinda hard to tell what damage the hostage took, they should have shot him earlier.

    Maybe, whatever 5th world country they were in had laws precluding authorities from shooting someone, BEFORE they strike someone.

    Sure not like China, where that woman shot the guy, real nonchalant like, before he could harm the young woman.
