    We had something like that around here about a month ago. Armed man busts into KFC with a handgun and ballistic vest....one of our buddies who is a City Officer took the call and went in with his 12ga......long story short the officer put a slug in the guys armpit (due to armor) which pretty much turned his heart and lungs into soup, and sent him on his merry way

    That is difficult to say as he is retired from a So Cal department. Various California departments issue retired ID that allows ccw carry in California and also HR218 (LEOSA) credentials. They are different items.
