    (the handgun, the type which is commonly used by law enforcement officers and was the same kind of handgun fired by Tucson shooter Jared Loughner, was loaded.)

    I think the point is it was a AZ Shooting Glock commonly used by Loughner... Drug Cartels and oh yea LEO s

    Those Glocks should be banned;
