Clerk stops robbery with gun

I heard this on the national news. I forget where it was.

A man walked into a convenience store with his hand in his pocket like he had a gun and ordered the clerk out from behind the counter. Instead, she pulled a gun from under the counter and shot him once, wounding him. He dropped to the floor, and she covered him with the gun, ordered him not to move, and called the police.

Just another example of why more convenience store clerks should have guns...
