    Glad things didnt turn ugly

Not sure where to post this. But I thought Id share. The other night my son came in and a few young teens ran out of gas and before I could say anything he said wed help. I was about to turn in for the nite and we had to go to town to get the gas about 4 miles away. Two of them stayed behind with the car and 1 went with us to get and pay for the gas. I was about to go out the door. and thought you dummy. So I went back in and grabbed my cz-75 and don hume iwb holster and shoved it in my pants. It turned out that the young guys were fishing and a little tipsy fom alchohol and maybe other substances. It turned out ok but I was just using a little precaution. But you never know what might have happened better safe than sorry. Glad it turned out ok. Be safe everybody.

Glad no problems - this tho is a major reason for me to never take off my piece until bedtime - it is and has to be always there - no exceptions. I have to attend a wedding this Saturday - gonna be hot - but this time my R9 will go along in pocket - no way I will be unarmed unless it is illegal.

99.99999% of the time it will be excess baggage but sure as heck - if that one time I need it it was left off - well - apart from what may happen it would almost seem to negate all my previous carry efforts!!!

As the old ad' used to say - ''don't leave home without it''!

Preparation is the key to success and in cases like this success is safety.
