Wonder how many stolen guns and murder weapons get turned in if there are "no questions asked."
I just ate a burrito and a couple enchiladas,bring any gun by and I'll exchange some gas for it
I've got an old beat up RG snub 22 that I paid 35.00 for a long time ago, Fires about 1/2 the time, 6 shots for 12 trigger pulls. :-) I'll trade a 150 gas card for it. course it's far from my only gun.
Buy a few of these for 50 bucks each and trade em for 150 gas cards all day long. + Get some mouse guns gone.

Actually if someone wants to give me a custom 1911...I'll be glad to give them a $150 gas card
yep, cheap guns. how do I get my own started?
"...and we will dispose of them as we normally do when we receive firearms..."
Wouldn't it be ironic if the normal disposal process for firearms turned in to the PD not used in a crime was Police auction.
Who said Jennings and Cobra firearms weren't worth squat,I would go buy a buncha $50.00 guns and swap em for 150.00 in gas
Burn the gas up in a week;
Gun works for a lifetime;
What a desperate trade.
I saw something like this on the news a year or so ago where they tried to pull this in Austin, TX. But what they didn't count on was a pro-gun crowd showing up and offering to buy the guns for slightly more money than the city was paying. (which wasn't much to begin with) and then re-distribute those guns to poor, law-abiding families who needed them. If they ever try to pull such a stunt in my city or a nearby city, I will be rallying all of the pro-gunners to join me in a similar manner.
