Can't argue with that. From his record and this incident, it looks like his capabilities are going downhill.

State court records show that Syvinski has a long history of criminal charges and convictions, including theft, firearms violations, assault, robbery and domestic violence.
He is incorrigible and incapable of rehabilitation, perfect candidate for permanent removal from the gene pool.

If that was my 7 year old grand daughter that worthless scumbag would have a hard time walking after dark without encountering a baseball bat to his joints by an unidentifiable assailant

not to comment on society today but 3-4 generations ago a creature such as he would, as the seasons passed, be noticeable around town by his absence.
though no one would have any knowledge of his whereabouts, all would acknowledge seeing him here and there, just not remember when last...

He needs to meet the welcome committee of the neighborhood, to have the rules explained so he will understand them.

These comments make no sense in contrast, unless he was wildly successful at keeping his bad boy behavior hidden while at home:

Up to now, he has apparently not clashed with neighbors, Lammers said. "He's lived there about 10 years and has had no problems," she said.

State court records show that Syvinski has a long history of criminal charges and convictions, including theft, firearms violations, assault, robbery and domestic violence.

Alaska eh? I'd be surprised if he didn't stumble out into the wilderness drunk some night and get eaten by a bear.

I think retsupt99 said it best. He's wasting too much of our oxygen.

In this society, do we really know our neighbors that well?

Alaska is a big place, wonder how long it would be before they fouind him if someone were to take him hunting?

I would feel bad for whomever put up his bail, but a long walk off a short pier sounds like an appropriate field trip.

Someday America is going to wake up and stop making excuses for these predators and start putting them down quietly!
What have you done to prepare for the end of civilization as we know it?

Nah... don't kill him. Yet. I say get a chain from a mountain bike, a nice long one from a 21 speed, double it over and beat him with it. (I've yet to find anything that hurts as much as getting hit with one of those- at least, something that doesn't cause permanent damage)

He wanted that bike so bad, make it a permanent part of his anatomy. At least then the innocent could recognize him coming or going by his peculiar gait.
