    Well, if he was shot, maybe he learned a valuable lesson while still young. I bet a lot of would-be crooks would decide a life of crime isn't the best choice if on their first robbery they were shot and lived to tell about it.

    Don't think it will stop the new breed. Being shot and live is a badge of honor. He will probably get a new tattoo to celebrate. I agree with dukalmighty , put em down early.
