    Sacramento – A man is under arrest for shooting his girlfriend six times in a Sacramento apartment complex, Fox40 reports.

    Police say 20-year-old LeVaughn Gaines shot his 20-year-old girlfriend in the neck, upper body and extremities.

    Sheriff's spokesman Deputy Jason Ramos said the shooting "appears to have stemmed from some sort of domestic argument that escalated out of control."

    The victim's sister told police that she was in the apartment when Gaines and the victim started to argue about their relationship. She heard one gunshot and then saw the suspect shoot four or five more times.

    A small-caliber handgun was found near the victim.

    The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to be okay.

    As far as I'm concerned, "He's Done! Take him out back and put a bullet in his head."

    POS! I have no use for people like that in Bark'n's world. What a waste of good oxygen.

    My sentiments exactly, when someone is so obviously guilty why waste the taxpayers money, just put them down the same as the rabid dogs they are.
