I had a 4 hour layover in Detroit destined for Traverse City. My young co-worker was pumped about getting to go see the city for an hour or so. I said you must be crazy. I never left the terminal and thus neither did he. Bummed him out at the time but now that he is older he has thanked me for my reluctance.
