I know the story is short on details. But I'm finding it hard to believe that a lone gunman could tie up all of the employees. It takes 2 hands to tie knots. Where was his gun?

No less, adding the 'college-aged' discriptor to an actual age range - they just wanted to make sure we really knew what college-aged meant!Police described the gunman as a college-aged looking black man between 18 and 25 years old.

Good question. But I don't think it would be too hard to tie up two people who are probably instructed to comply in these situations in the first place.
