    While I'll not cheer that the little guy took a bolt for throwing a rock; I'd say serves him right for the act..... It could have easily worked in the reverse direction IMO... What if he pitched a rock at the vehicle and the widow was down and the rock hit one of the occupants in the head, or even the driver rendering him/her unconscious resulting in a devastating accident; what then. Again, serves the goofball right. live and learn the hard way is still better than paying the ultimate price for a dumb decision.
