    The guy stealing the bike is lucky he didn`t get shot. Either way, good guys 1 and bad guy 0, as it should be.

    "Larsen allegedly grabbed and twisted an arresting officer's finger, forcing police to punch him in the shoulder multiple times to get him into handcuffs"

    Heavens! I wonder if he used bad language, too!

    I hope the "excessive force"-victim attorneys don't come out of the woodwork when they hear about a BG being punched in the shoulder multiple times!!!

    Of course punching him in the shoulder multiple times was excessive force. One punch in the crotch was all that should have been needed to subdue the guy.

    Theft at 3 am in Tx can get you kilt,my wifes bike cost over $2000.00 and it won't be sitting outside to get stolen'they break into my attached garage and it's on
