Nice to see the BG get the short end of the stick for a change...I saw a similar story from wtlx columbia,sc news today two guys tried to rob homeowner after forcing way into home but the homeowner's friend who was visiting had a gun and killed one robber and I believe wounded the other.

Thus, technically, they can "legally" shoot you full of holes 1sec later. Doesn't make it right. Doesn't put Humptey back together, either. It does mean you'll be dead and your estate generally won't have have much chance in court ... 'cause it was a "legal" entry and all. Before I left San Diego an informant gave cops a wrong address and they burst in Donald Carlson, a company executive, while he and his family were sleeping.
