After making a delivery the Pizza man went back to the shop... Was shot in the parking lot and made it back to the store to call police. he died later of his injuries.
It could be worse!
I once had a family living in the house next to mine. There were two older teen, or perhaps younger adult sons in the household. They seemed OK. One fine day the boys were arrested for armed robbery of a pizza delivery guy. Its nuts. They had hard working parents, lived in a moderately nice place, drove a
dang nice looking van, and certainly had other opportunities short of putting themselves in jail before 20.
P.S. No, that wasn't in the house next to where the murder I recently wrote of was. And it wasn't in The Bronx, bad reputation and all.
If the Union is once severed, the line of separation will grow wider and wider, and the controversies which are now debated and settled in the halls of legislation will then be tried in fields of battle and determined by the sword.

2nd shooting in that "safe" college town in less than a week. Shouldn't have confronted the guy, a good witness distance and calling 911 are other prudent choices, but this is really no reason to have to lose his life. Way too young. I'm really waiting to hear that they've caught this thug.

This was another absolutely senseless murder. My prayers go out to Adam's family and friends.
One of my boys worked as a pizza delivery. It kept me up at night. Thank goodness it only lasted a few weeks before he found something better. Prayers for the family.
