    Love how they can spin the sit."He had a permit for the gun",so what if he did'nt,his family,life and property,wish he could have beat them to death with a dirty shovel myself,But they did'nt bother to say that He was attempting to save the lives of freinds and family.

    I just read the story here, Ex-City Councilman Pistol-Whipped In Home Invasion - San Diego News Story - KGTV San Diego and was going to post it. I grew up in that neighborhood, a quiet, middle class zone except for the kids. Most in San Diego can't get a permit unless they are connected like Mr. Mathis. Too bad he didn't get them all.
