I wonder if this story will drift away? Without question she would have been at the top of the list for reprisal. The Iranian's would have invoked sharia law at some point. I'm sure she made plenty of enemies from here own culture! The lead investigators will exhaust all avenues in the investigation that's for sure! Quiet neighborhood, security cameras, hopefully they have something on tape. I just hope the perp gets busted. Shame she was cute.

I believe that it is most likly a hit of some kind. She is an educated woman and she knows here left from her right, something made her turn that direction. Was that dead end road more secure from servailance for the kill shot? Did she see someone or something that scared her in that direction? She was shot through the passenger window and that means the shooter was shooting from street level and not from another vechle unless it was a parked vechle on her passenger side should be under servailance maby its a gang style killing? If the shooter was on street level and still avoided the servailance camaras that means it was probably staked out in advance and that points to it being a hit. Just speculation and opinions though.
