    Good: Girl protects/hides siblings, calls 911

    This young lady has a head on her shoulders... and she did very well..

    She hid her self and her brothers and called 911 while the BGs were breaking into the house.

    Wow. A pretty scary situation. Girl had a good head on her shoulders. Glad they got the scumbags, although they'll be back on the street in no time.

    The article said the police arrived in one minute but it also said the dispatcher stayed on the line with the young girl for seven minutes. Which is it? In any case seven minutes is a LONG time when scumbags are breaking into your home.

    She did a good job and I'm sure her little brothers are proud and happy to have such a big sister.

    First response in a minute is good... clearing of a home of all the BGs in seven minutes after backup had arrived, not bad either...

    The little girl handled the situation perfectly! Gold star for sure! Hope mom takes the kids out for ice cream, they deserve it.
