One of the suspected shooters, 22-year-old Jazz Kwame Grant, was shot in the abdomen.
Police have interviewed the second person involved in the shooting. No charges have been placed.

My only observation of the video...... the first shot mattered for both, I cannot imagine any other one finding target.

According to the video, one was shot in the leg and one was shot in the abdomen. Guess those were the first two shots eh? Obviously one of them drew first and one drew in self defense. Once the cops sort it all out, one of them will be charged. Just glad no innocent's in the store were injured. The girl is right, you "should" be able to go in the store and purchase what you need without a shootout taking place, but these are the times we are living in.

Isn't Virginia an OC state? Surprised some customers weren't carrying. Hard to tell who was the BG though. Maybe both.
