    Bad Shooting: Gets you arrested

Went to sell a couple of long guns to one man, three show up... Take the rifles. As they flee, seller shoots his .45 at 'em. Misses, shoots into houses... 2 out of 4 arrested. Seller is one, bad guy another.

ALWAYS be sure of your backstop! YOU are responsible for the placement of every bullet that leaves the barrel of your gun...

I would hazard a guess that the firearm buyers were not illegible for a legitimate purchase requiring a background check.

Selling valuables to unknown individuals can be dicey, bring a friend and do the exchange in a public place.

Sorry, that was tooo good to pass on.

    They probably weren't eligible, either.

Double standard, if the police did this, and they do, no arrests would be made and the shooting would still investigated and if justified no charges would be filed against officers.

I agree, but since there is a double standard, due diligence is required.
