Trying to think about how I would feel if it were myself and my children in that situation.....complete and uncontrollable rage. If I were armed (and I usually am), as soon as the 1st opportunity arose for me to unleash everything I had, I would, and I would probably reload and keep shooting until they were just a pile of festering garbage. Threateningto kill my kids is grounds for death as far as I'm concerned. They would die or I would die trying to make sure they are.

I dont care how much trouble I might get into, I would be filling that get away car full of lead. You do not get to threaten my family and get a free pass from me killing you by fleeing. I would shot you in the back if I had to. Wrong, maybe so. But as a bad guy, if you pull some stunt like this you get one option, You die if I get a shot. Front,back side, I dont care I will put some lead into you.
