Hmmm, nothing about a license to carry. Wait, Arizona. No license needed. Curious to see the record of the shooter to find out if there are any prior convictions for anything.

Well he doesn't look like obama's son so this won't make national news. This will be a non issue with the pundits, media, and cause bearers. May he R.I.P.

Well, this will be interesting if it goes to trial.

Hmm, altercation that could have been avoided, no weapons in hand/unarmed person shot following an argument/scuffle, shooter not arrested. Sounds pretty familiar to me. Wonder what certain people will have to say about this.

On another note, sad story and sorry this guy lost his life for no reason.

Simple courtesy and respect for your fellow man would have prevented this, as well as another recent shooting in Florida.

I'm a big guy, that can take care of myself in a physical scuffle. Regardless of that, I go out of my way to avoid physical altercations unless there is some overwhelming cause such as being genuinely threatened. Is it too much to ask that this be the standard expected of a citizen (whether armed or not)?

I would argue that it should be expected even more of a citizen that chooses to be armed than one that does not.

I always carry OC spray in case of a situation with someone unarmed. Too bad the driver didn't... I don't think he even had his CC permit from what it says?

Once again, no need for a firearm. The shooter could have driven away, while calling 911 about the attack.

Not necessarily. We do not know the whole story, there is clearly a lot that had been left out. What if there was a car in front of him? Car behind him? What if he was standing in front of the car? What if his dog was in front of his car? How did he start punching at the window/driver if he was pulled up next to the pick up window?

He had pulled ahead to wait.

Sounds like typical TB. Still leaves a lot of unanswered questions tho. Thanks for clearing that up.

I think a large majority of this County needs a good shot of common sense! There are things to fight for, and there are things you don't need to fight for, especially with lethal force.

Black kills White. No media frenzy. White kills Black and they go wild for blood of the survivor. I think it really is the media who perpetuates the racism by feeding inflammatory "information" on a selective basis. We'll never get to a fully integrated society until people stop playing the victim and pulling the race card on everything that happens. Not all is about race. Sometimes you just have people, either bad or doing something stupid, which affects someone else.
