Some time ago, thugs invaded the home, and pepper sprayed the resident, stole her purse with a key to a safe in it.
They came back with guns, and took the safe. The homeowner had a gun this time. She got shot... so did her companion. She shot at the thugs, but no one's showed up with wounds yet...
Police are checking a nearby Motel 6.
